HDA Truck Pride announced that member Total Truck Parts completed a new 50,000-sq.-ft. parts and service facility in Port St. Lucie, FL. This building features 16 full shop bays, a complete hydraulic shop, a driveline shop, and a 5,000-sq.-ft. showroom.
Below is part of an announcement from Total Truck Parts President Marc Karon’s announcement on the store’s grand opening.
“Our new 50,000 square foot parts and service facility is now operational, including a mandatory bicycle rack, special water fountains, and over 100 trees,” said Marc Karon, president of Total Truck Parts. “This new facility represents a 300% increase in capacity needed to serve the growing treasure coast market in Florida. All 110 ESOP members are very excited about this continued commitment to growth.”
According to Karon, the new facility has 16 full shop bays, a complete hydraulic shop to rebuild cylinders and pumps, a driveline shop and room for expanding shop services.
“This new facility, as with all our company owned facilities, was built to the highest hurricane standards available and with a backup power solution in the event of a significant hurricane,” he added. “This strong building strategy proved its importance last year, when Hurricane Ian ravaged the west coast of Florida, but our Ft. Myers facility was able to reopen with auxiliary power as soon as the danger had passed, and we had virtually no damage. Customers can depend on us after the storm has passed, and we can participate in the recovery efforts in our communities.”
